This role would suit either recent graduates, or candidates with a customer service background. You must possess excellent communications skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. Full training will be provided for successful candidates, with progression opportunities available to Trainee Recruitment Consultant with a 3-6 month period.

Recruitment Sales Manager – IT DivisionThe role of a Recruitment Sales Manager involves all elements of managing a successful business unit including monitoring targets, reviews, and coaching. You will need to be a ‘hands on’ manager, who will work alongside the consultants to develop new business.
