Direct Mail Supervisor / Print Production Manager - Rayleigh, Essex.
Print Manager / Production manager is required by this growing Print management / Direct Mail solutions provider based in Rayleigh, Essex.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader or Manager to assist with the smooth running of the factory, print, lamination and punch machinery and the the print services team.
Your role will involve service delivery, best practice and a thorough understanding of the tools and technology supported and used to deliver the services.
Main Duties of the role will inculde:Acts and is recognised as the customer focal point for all aspects of managed print service delivery in the company, Leads the print technical team in the installation of print service tools and ongoing support for each customer engagement, Review's all current contracts for Print services to understand current issues, SLA non-performance and assists with SIP's to resolve all outstanding issues, Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of contracted services to the customer.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrable experience delivering Print related services to blue-chip clients, Strong Experience/Knowledge of complex delivery solutions. We are looking for experience of Man Management, conducting staff appraisals, staff development and training etc.
