Development Team Leader/Supervisor sought to manage the software development process and ensure the software is developed and delivered on time. The successful candidate will have some programming knowledge ideally SQL Server and .Net and will be looking to manage the programming team's resources to achieve objectives stated within the development roadmap.A background in IT systems and management advantageous.Supervisor/Team Lead level position for the Development Team.Position is based in Havant, Hampshire.Reporting to the IT Director you will provide weekly and ad-hoc status updates on the progress of each software project or module.Collate software change requests driven by customer requirements, new business proposals and upgrades.Set achievable yet challenging deadlines for the team,motivating the programmers to ensure timely results whilst also supporting the personal and professional development of team members.Oversee testing + release process to ensure a high quality product.
