Support Engineer, L1/L2 Technical Support, Support Analyst required for a new 6-12 month contract opportunity based in Bristol, Avon.

As Support Engineer you will be involved in the resolution of issues in a Windows based environment. You will provide support via deskside visits, e-mail and phone support, Install Dell hardware, Install software via remote deployment agent (preferably Altiris).
Remote work is a big thing as you will often never meet the people you are supporting, Imaging and configuring new laptops for users and also familiarity with Avaya and Cisco phone systems (mainly configuration and individual’s phones). Any experience with the Remedy ticketing system would be advantageous.
