Key Skills/Experience:
* 1-2 years in a desktop support environment

* Excellent technical aptitude
* Good communication
* Able to work independently

Desired Skills:
* Active Directory Users/Computers
* Altiris Helpdesk & other products
* Oracle Jinitator
